Research On Cash Flow Management Of Hongyang Energy And Coal Corporation

With the deepening of the concept of "cash first",more and more enterprises have begun to realize that cash flow controls the lifeblood of enterprises.Only by ensuring the smooth flow of their own cash,can enterprises develop safely and steadily.Cash is an essential and effective resource in the daily business activities of an enterprise.If there is no profit,the company can maintain its existence while not making profits.However,if there is no cash flow,the company will be in trouble immediately.Therefore,deepening the cash flow management,on the basis of meeting the needs of the enterprise's own business activities,and ensuring the smooth cash flow of all parts of the enterprise,the enterprise can continue to operate for a long time.This thesis takes Hongyang energy and coal corporation as the research object,discusses its cash flow management evaluation and other issues.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of Hongyang energy and coal corporation in detail,and reveals the necessity of systematic and scientific analysis and evaluation of the corporation's cash flow.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of coal mining and washing industry,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of cash flow management of the corporation,specifically from the flow,flow direction,quality,flow rate and process of cash flow,introduces the industry average value for horizontal and vertical comparative analysis.Thirdly,from the four aspects of debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability and cash earning ability of Hongyang energy and coal corporation,17 financial indicators are selected through correlation test analysis,and the cash flow management evaluation index system is constructed.The audited financial data of 40 quarters from 2010 to 2019 are selected to calculate the cash flow The evaluation model of flow management and the grade corresponding to the comprehensive score of each year.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the future work of the corporation's cash flow management.The thesis has 21 figures,32 tables,and 61 references.
