According to data from the China Statistical Yearbook,motorcycle fatalities accounted for 18.4%of all road accidents in 2019,and non-motorized vehicle fatalities accounted for 11.7%of all road accidents.According to data released by WHO,about1.35 million people die each year in road accidents,with motorcycles and passengers accounting for 28%of all road fatalities,43%in Southeast Asia and 36%in the Western Pacific.Is.[2].In daily driving,the operations that users use most long are left turn,right turn,brake,and so on.The battery of the motorcycle or the reminder device on the back of the bicycle is small,or if this device is left as it is and used for the following driver,the movement of the preceding vehicle is unknown and it is easy to cause a traffic accident in a dim environment.This paper uses the KANO-QFD model and TRIZ theory to study the helmets worn by motorcycle users,and proposes innovative points of optimal design for head and neck injuries in traffic accidents.Design a smart neck helmet that can reduce the seriousness of the neck damage of cyclists in traffic accidents,and improve the quality of product hardware to ensure that users travel safely.The specialist research is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter presents the research background of the subject and the research status of helmet products at home and abroad.The second chapter is mainly used for the theoretical methods of the subject in order to provide theoretical support on the subject of research.The third chapter is The Product Analysis of Helmets and Smart Helmets to the Market Surveys and describes the severity of head and neck injuries.In Chapter 4,we conduct a KANO questionnaire survey and analyze user needs using mathematical methods,meet user requirements,do weight analysis to get user satisfaction,and do HOQ to grasp the importance of technical techniques.Configuration.Determine the final design of the safety and functional modules.The main part of this article is chapter 5.The transformation of the TRIZ problem of the helmet design point determines the type of contradiction.The solution is based on the type of Co.to determine the tradition and finally to solve the design problem and carry out product innovations.The product design,safety performance and functional module design similar to the innovative intelligent neck helmet provide specific theoretical guidelines and case studies of the helmet industry for future engagement in motorcycles.Chapter 6 describes later defects.
