| When analyzing the main directions of future combat missions, although the possibility of encountering different types of combat mode, considering the confrontation in the future battlefield, it is mostly shown as one manoeuvrable quick-decision fighting posture, that is to win the initiative in the war of jagged high speed fighting in which both sides react quickly, promote multi-dimensionally. Therefore, every soldier who takes part in the combat must be more agile to adapt to various environment manoeuvrable fighting in order to ensure the fundamental factor of the efficiency they give play to the manoeuvrable fighting is the improvement of soldier’s self survivability and the enhance of combat confrontation ability. In the future high technology local war, soldiers will be faced with war injuries much more serious than at present, therefore combat protection helmet has already been one basic and essential combat equipment for the masses of soldiers.Based on ergonomics, in fact the design of military helmet is by doing systematic analysis and study of the head size and the skull acupuncture points, combined with the analysis of helmet’s internal and external elements, starting with relevant humanized design elements such as material, function, mould, ergonomics, color, further deducing examples of helmet humanized design to satisfy soldiers’diversified demand, so as to summarize the tendency of humanized design development and put forward my own opinionsThis article is divided into six chapters in total. The first chapter mainly discusses the background, significance and status quo home and abroad of the subject study, meanwhile establishes the goal and core content of the subject study. The second chapter mainly discusses from aspects such as humanized design related concepts, design elements, factors influencing humanized design, then provide theoretical support for the humanized military helmet design thereafterThe third chapter mainly does ergonomics analysis from factors such as head size, skull, the stress analysis of head acupuncture points composition, head posture and movement, eyes visual angle and the stability of wearing a helmet, then provide basic ergonomics size for the design of helmet effective surface protection, locate lining damping and the distribution of the strap.The forth chapter is to do comparative analysis of the material of different structural parts through the analysis of helmet internal structural parts, external suspension system and connection type, locate one best processing material in order to achieve helmet humanized design. The fifth chapter is the design stage, by comparing the helmet type of different countries, at the same time referring to the ergonomics data analysis in chapter three and four, combined with a lot of market research, to do helmet humanized design and point out the development tendency of future military helmet, put forward my own opinions as a summary of the whole article. |
