| With the intensification of international market competition and the growing demand for a better life,innovative design of maternal and child products has become an important research topic in China.The rapid development of smart furniture in China has also led to the gradual emergence of intelligent research on maternal and child products.However,due to the fact that the development of smart furniture in China is still in its infancy,it is difficult to ensure the safety of the materials and structures of maternal and child products,and related standards and regulations are still in need of improvement.This has led to a large number of technological patent innovations in the field of intelligent parenting products in China,but their market applications are not yet widespread.Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ)theory,which originated from the analysis and summary of a massive number of high-level patents,has been widely applied in fields such as military,industry,and aerospace.This theory can provide methods for analyzing engineering problems,such as functional analysis,resource analysis,and physical field analysis.It can not only analyze high-value patent products,but also avoid patent infringement and facilitate innovative design.Therefore,it is also applicable to the practice of patent avoidance and innovative design for maternal and child intelligent products.However,there is currently little research on the combination application of TRIZ theory and patent avoidance methods in solving problems in the field of intelligent cribs.Therefore,this study starts from the research of TRIZ theory and patent avoidance innovative design methods.It uses analytic hierarchy process and enterprise patent portfolio analysis methods to analyze high-value patents for current intelligent cribs,and constructs effective patent avoidance innovative design methods for enterprise operations.These methods help to solve problems such as the market disconnection,weak industrial competitiveness,and serious product homogeneity of intelligent crib patent products in China.The main results of this research is as follows:1)Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature on the topic of cribs,TRIZ theory research progress,patent avoidance design methods,and the current design applications of TRIZ theory in patent avoidance,an intelligent cribs patent avoidance design technical route has been constructed.This includes a design process method that combines Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and TRIZ theory,as well as an enterprise patent portfolio avoidance design process method,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.2)Using literature visualization analysis methods and mainstream knowledge database search platforms,405 domestic and 904 foreign related literature were selected,and Citespace knowledge mapping software was used to analyze the time and space distribution of literature,co-occurrence of keywords,and to identify the main directions,development trends,and research hotspots of cribs research both domestically and abroad.Based on the analysis,development suggestions for the cribs research field are proposed,which provides a basis for subsequent research and design practices.Through the discussion of TRIZ theory and patent avoidance methods,concepts,principles,and related tools and methods are sorted and analyzed.User demand-oriented patent avoidance design processes and enterprise strategic demand-oriented patent portfolio avoidance design processes are proposed.The technical feasibility of combining two different patent avoidance processes with TRIZ theory-related tools and methods is explored.The former consists of an innovative design process for avoiding the target patent based on user demand weight analysis and patent technology conversion based on demand weight.The latter uses clustering analysis of enterprise patent groups,classification analysis of patent technology systems,and patent invalidation analysis to predict problems and optimization directions of the target patent.Together with the use of TRIZ theory,an avoidance design process based on enterprise strategic combination is formed.3)Adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process combined with TRIZ theory,a patent avoidance design method is proposed.By conducting user surveys and infant crib demand research,user requirements are classified into three levels: safety,functionality,and economy.Each criterion level is further divided into nine sub-factors.The weight of each user requirement is quantitatively analyzed,and the criteria are converted into patent technical solution terms.Using the TRIZ analysis method,taking the example of an anti-choking infant crib,the target patent problem is transformed into a TRIZ standard problem.Using 39 General technology parameters and 40 invention principles,combined with the contradiction matrix diagram,its functional model diagram was constructed.Compared with the contradiction matrix,the optimization and innovative design was carried out using the NO.2 separation,NO.17 spatial dimension change,NO.28 mechanical system replacement,NO.29 pneumatic and hydraulic structures in the invention principles.After evaluation,the judgment of patent infringement of the anti-choking infant crib passed,and the user satisfaction reached 4.21 points,indicating that the appearance and function can better meet the user’s demands and expectations.4)A patent combination avoidance analysis method is applied.5863 crib-related patents are retrieved and analyzed using a patent map,resulting in the identification of the top four infant crib manufacturing companies and 2443 high-value patents.Patent technology word hierarchical clustering is utilized to classify the intelligent crib patents into four major component modules:locking mechanisms,supporting units,driving mechanisms,and mobile devices.A patent main dimension chart is constructed using 42 high-value patent components and the problems solved by each component.The relationship between patent product components and technical problems is analyzed to obtain the target patent information.Taking the target patent intelligent infant cradle as an example,a functional model and reverse fishbone diagram are constructed.Using patent failure analysis,expected failures in the product system are identified.The inventive principles of NO.3 Local quality,NO.4 Inertia reduction,NO.24 Delay,and NO.2 Separation are applied to avoid patent infringement in the product design.After evaluation,the patent infringement judgment of the intelligent infant cradle was passed,and the user satisfaction was4.26 points,which better met the needs and expectations of users. |
