| In 2022,five e-bike riders will be injured every hour in road accidents due to improper riding.At present,intelligent cycling helmets on the market generally have problems such as lack of functions,poor user experience and low practicability,which need to be optimized and designed.In this paper,intelligent helmet products as the research object,the use of modern industrial design methods and modular design concept,design a functional smart helmet to adapt to the needs of different fields of work.This paper firstly analyzes the attributes of smart helmet products and user requirements,and uses the KANO model to classify and quantify user requirements,so as to determine the quality characteristics of smart helmet user requirements.According to the needs of different users,the overall scheme design of intelligent helmet system is proposed,including functional design,personalized design and interaction design.Then,the feasibility of intelligent helmet design is analyzed,from the technical elements,customized lining,product appearance three elements and market feasibility four aspects are discussed.A personalized intelligent cycling helmet is taken as an example to demonstrate the design practice process of this paper,including interaction process,function design,appearance design,internal structure and mobile APP interface design.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new idea and method for the research and design of intelligent helmet,and to carry out systematic design innovation research and design practice for personalized intelligent helmet. |
