Design And Research On Intelligentialize Of Mine Safety Helmet

With the development of science and technology,the continuous breakthrough of network technology,computer technology and sensor technology,relying on the technology of physical information system,the development of smart mines and smart coal mines has gradually become mature.A safe helmet is the essential equipment for the miners to work underground.There is a trend that make helmet intelligent.The design concept and operation method of the safe helmet for mining have new requirements and challenges.This paper takes the mine safety helmet as the research object,based on the theory of intellectualization,with the background of intelligent mine and guided by the principle of mine intelligent product design,explores the design principles and Strategies of mine intelligent safety helmet,and the design practice is carried out.Firstly,based on the theory of intellectualization and the background of intelligent mine,this paper analyses the design elements of mine intelligent product,and summarizes the design principles of mine intelligent product from the three elements of technology,module and interaction.Secondly,through the analysis of the existing mine intelligent safety helmet products,the existing problems of mine intelligent safety helmet are summarized.Then through the situation simulation,mining industry behavior analysis and user interviews,the pain points of miners are investigated and analyzed.Combined with the existing problems of mine intelligent safety helmet,the demand of miners for mine intelligent safety helmet is summarized and refined.Intelligent function as the leading factor,shape,material,color,human-computer interaction as the main design points,to provide design direction for mine intelligent safety helmet design.Secondly,according to the design points and the design principles of mine intelligent products,the design principles of mine safety helmet intelligent design are summarized.Thirdly,through the design key points combined with mine intelligent product design elements.,the design strategies of technology-based function realization,reasonable structure layout and natural interaction mode are put forward.Finally,on the basis of design principles and design strategies,the intelligent design of mine safety helmet is carried out.
