promote economic development,and private enterprises are an indispensable part of it.The development and expansion of an enterprise cannot be separated from the guidance of the company’s strategy,and the smooth realization of the strategic goal cannot be separated from the efforts of all the employees.To maximize the ability of employees,it needs an effective organizational structure.The organizational structure of an enterprise refers to the structure system formed by all employees in terms of job scope,responsibility and power in order to achieve the objectives of the enterprise.With the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale,the management level and management range during the period are also increasing,and the situation of multi-business operation is now in front of the manager.If the organizational structure does not keep pace with The Times,enterprises cannot achieve leap-forward development.In different development stages,enterprises usually adopt linear,functional,divisional,matrix and other organizational structures.B company was founded in 1996,after 23 years of hard development,has become a large private high-tech enterprise in Chinese coating industry.At present,the annual sales volume is about 2.2 billion yuan,and the number of employees is close to 2000.The product line of company B is also constantly expanding,and the complexity of enterprise management is increasing rapidly.As a result,the original organizational structure cannot adapt to the company’s future development.Choosing an organizational structure suitable for the development of enterprise strategy has become an urgent problem for the company to solve.This paper by studying the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different organization structure form,combined with the divisional system,enterprise life cycle,incentive theory of knowledge,reference to the development of the industry benchmarking enterprises nation group,for the development of company B,organization structure,industry trends,competitive environment,management status and the status of talents and so on specific issues are analyzed.In addition,through interviews with middle managers of each department,I collected and analyzed the attitudes of members of the organization to the existing management mode and organizational change of business units.Based on the current situation and future development plan of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the existing product line,production process,plant distribution and customer composition of B company,and establishes that it is more practical for B company to divide business divisions according to different product lines.In order to ensure the smooth progress of organizational changes of business units and the improvement of efficiency of corporate departments,the relationship between business department changes and strategic objectives,company personnel,processes and organizations is further analyzed from the perspectives of authorization,collaboration and motivation.Based on the application of relevant theories,this paper analyzes and studies the causes of existing problems,and further expounds that the core of organizational reform of business units is the issue of authorization.Only by completing the effective and clear authorization of the company to business units,can the organizational structure of business units be fully played.Based on the goal of strategic adjustment of the company,the boundary between business units and non-business units should be clarified on the basis of full authorization,so as to realize and play a cooperative role and promote the realization of efficient strategic goals.The incentive system not only accompanies the implementation and adjustment of organizational change,but also provides guarantee for the change.The organizational structure of divisional system is clearly in line with the current development requirements of the enterprise,and the operational principle of "centralized decision-making and decentralized management" is emphasized in combination with the characteristics of decentralized management of divisional system.From the perspective of the company’s development,this paper puts forward the improvement plans to solve the problems,such as division of management authority,KPI control,group resource allocation and financial control.In order to promote better development of the company,under the divisional management mode of company B,the management authority between the headquarters and the business division needs to be clearly divided.The establishment and implementation of the performance management system,the optimal allocation of group resources and the budget control of the financial department can ensure that each business division can effectively undertake the company’s development strategy and annual goals.Organizational structure reform is a problem that enterprises must face when they reach a certain scale.Divisional system is a common organizational structure management mode in the process of enterprise scale development and diversification.Facing fierce external competition,company B has made strategic adjustment centering on the efficient marketing service system for customers,so as to maintain competitive advantage and sustainable development.According to the needs of strategic development,the organizational structure reform of divisional system is taken as the first step of strategic adjustment.It can also provide reference cases and ideas for the organizational change of the same type of companies facing the same environment.Each organizational structure has its advantages and disadvantages.Enterprises should choose their own organizational structure according to their actual situation.Every enterprise has its own characteristics and actual situation.It can only refer to the relevant management mode of excellent enterprises in the same industry.After full understanding,research,digestion and absorption,it cannot be copied mechanically.This is a practical example to make a useful reference for the reform of enterprise’s organizational structure. |
