While China's deep-water and ocean-going oil-producing areas are vast,containing rich mineral resources such as far-sea oil and deep-sea natural gas,deepwater and deep-sea drilling and exploration technology advancement in China has only recently begun.There is a lack of autonomous and independent engineering research and development of certain main technologies in many areas of drilling technology development.Packer is a type of technology that refers to the use of all types of elastic fluid sealing elements to directly implement elastic seal oil layer Duan Huan empty,isolation,and the aim and its interval and annulus control of fuel injection or output of elastic fluid and oil so that downhole tools can operate continuously and withstand pressure differences.In this paper,a new form of test packer is developed and analyzed based on a thorough examination of well conditions in deep water and at high temperatures.It is more excellent and ideal for complex areas with significant pressure fluctuations.The structure and key parameters of a new form of packer have been discovered.To more accurately comprehend the test packer downhole function,to help deepen the understanding workers to test packer,to choose sui Table for packer test assignments,and to test packer system structure and parameters design provides a certain basis.A measurement model of annular pressure between two packers was developed,and the solution was completed by programming,so that the load pressure at different temperatures could be calculated.Given the great complexity of the underground implementation of the downhole packer system,in order to better understand the master packer transmission in real work,under the condition that the main components of the packer system are in a simple working state simulation,analyzed the downhole packer every major component part's basic characteristics and movement performance;Simultaneously,the simulation system model of downhole rubber cylinder system packer load was developed using finite element method simulation system software? Intelligent simulation and automated optimization design analysis was carried out using intelligent finite element processing software technology to obtain more efficient structural parameters of slips,which can influence the touch stress of slips in real time.The packer structure can be optimized to increase efficiency and extend the sealing time to some degree,which has a guiding i MPact on the actual field service.
