The packer which is introduced in this paper is widely used in oil and gas wells operating a downhole tools,packer role is tiered work well in the depth direction, while as the continuous development of the oil industry, the field operations have become complex and diverse.During the operating,underground working conditions are complex and changable; and most of the oil region have entered the basement of high water or most highest water cut development,the obvious contradiction between the layers, Implement tiered card shutoff Production Technology,sealing out of high aquifer,it is an effective way to control the rising water cut wells.In some oil wells inside, as the lower temperature,pressure and gas expansion cooling, at a certain depth,differential pressure and temperature make the rubber parts of packer to be failure,which brings the oil field to mining serious inconvenience.This paper aimed at making new structure design of the existing model Y341 packer, get new packer’s main structure parameters,and then through the establishment of the nonlinear contact between rubber tube and casing model,analyzing the contact stress and compression distance between the packer rubber tube and casing under different pressure load. Using limited sliding contact model defines the rubber tube and spacer ring,casing,pipe center contact. Through calculation, concluded that the packer structure design is reasonable. Finally established between slips and casing contact model, get the relationship the stress situation on the slip teeth and on the depth of casing occlusion by use of ANSYS software. With the increase of number of teeth number,displacement and stress of all decreased gradually,with the increase of load,slip bite depth also showed a trend of increase.
