With the development of oilfield exploitation in high temperature,high pressure and deeper reservoir,in order to adapt to more complex mining environment,the packer,as an important down-hole tool is moving in the direction of structural reliability?versatility and higher performance.Sealing performance is the key to judge the work performance of the packer,the experimental research of packer sealing performance is an important step for the development of packer.With the application of new application,new process in the process of the development of the packer,it put forward higher requirements for experimental equipment.By referring to home and abroad material about experimental equipment for the test of packer sealing performance and research on business,grasp the research status in the related field,on the basis of referring to advanced experience at home and abroad,according to relevant standard,the article develop a set of comprehensive test system for packer sealing performance.In the paper,introduce the consist of test system;design two sets of economical and practical hydraulic system that possessed high control accuracy,make simulation and analysis based on the models built by AMEsim;select the air heating method,then complete the design and calculation of the heating system,;develop the automatic control system based on PLC;utilize Lab VIEW as development platform for developing measurement and control system,complete the design of parameter setting ?the data's acquisition?real-time display and storage function,the data contains the contact stress between rubber sleeve and casing,axial displacement,differential pressure which fluctuant over time when the packer is seated,in order to ensure accuracy of the test,select the high performance sensor,OPC technology was adopted to realize the real time communication between PLC and PC.The test system possesses complete functions and high automation level,it adopts advanced techniques,the data acquired is accurate,so its market prospect is very broad.It could provide reliable test data to assess comprehensively the sealing performance of packer,so achieve the goal of shorting development and design cycle,improving efficiency.
