| With the continuous development of the household appliance industry,the structure of household appliances has become more and more complex,and the rate of change is fast,which puts forward high requirements for the update speed of the structure of household appliances.The traditional structural design of the stamping die for the sheet metal parts of household appliances is mainly based on 2D design,and the drawings are complicated and cumbersome and not intuitive enough.The process structure of similar home appliances is often similar,and its two-dimensional drawings cannot be updated parametrically,and the reusability is not high,and there are a large number of design changes in the mold design and manufacturing process,the difference of stamping molds is obvious,and the accuracy is not guaranteed.The 3D design is relatively intuitive and can clearly express the mold structure,but the three-dimensional modeling design cycle is long and highly dependent on the designer.Therefore,the development of an automatic mold design system with high mold design efficiency,strong reusability,and small differences has important enterprise application value for quickly adapting to product updates in the home appliance industry.This paper analyzes the research status of stamping die structure design technology and die CAD,combined with the enterprise project "Intelligent Design of Stamping Die for Household Appliances",taking microwave oven front plate modeling as an example,and constructing the automatic design of microwave oven front plate die based on the NX11 development platform The overall framework of the system divides the system into several key modules: parametric modeling,template base invoking and punch insertion invoking,to complete the design and update of product molds from 2D to 3D.After analyzing the design standards of a variety of microwave oven front plate product molds,combined with mold parametric modeling technology,this paper proposes a method of top-down mold base structure design using expression-driven and WAVE link technology.The full-parameter design of the mold structure and the punch entry;the connection smoothing and the WAVE link direction judgment technology of the replacement curve in the calling process is proposed,which can effectively reduce the difference in mold design and ensure the accuracy of the mold structure;proposed the contour curve and The punch line recognition technology can quickly and accurately match the replacement feature with the original feature,which effectively improves the design efficiency.Finally,taking the first process of forming a product on the front plate of a microwave oven as an example,a set of 3D stamping molds that conform to the molding process of the new product are successfully generated through the successful call of the mold base and the punch insert.Comparing this method with manual modeling,the results show that the development of the system improves the overall efficiency of mold design by 2000%,reduces design anomalies by about 90%,realizes the parametric update of the mold,and can adapt to the design changes in the mold design and manufacturing process.It improves the reusability of molds,reduces the time and cost required for enterprise product changes,and has strong practicability. |
