Research On Lean Management Of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine

After decades of rapid growth,the development of coal mining enterprises faces enormous challenges: with the rapid development of new energy and the improvement of price competitiveness,it will gradually replace thermal power;The recognition of coal environmental protection is relatively low in China’s social environment,which limits the development of coal enterprises;Energy conservation and emission reduction have reduced the demand for coal.In the short term,coal will still be the main energy source supporting China’s social and economic development;In the medium term,even if the energy structure is diversified,coal will still be the guaranteed energy source to ensure China’s social and economic development;In the long run,coal will still occupy a place in China’s energy structure,and coal mining enterprises can still achieve high-level development.As a resource-intensive and labor-intensive enterprise,coal mining enterprises must seek breakthroughs in management,explore the path of transformation and development of coal mining enterprises,and find a path of lean and sustainable development.Based on the development background of the coal mining enterprises mentioned above,and based on the theory of lean management,this paper analyzes and studies the lean management of Zhenchengdi Mine in Xishan Coal Power Plant,Shanxi Province,in order to provide reference for the implementation of lean management in Zhenchengdi Mine.Firstly,this article categorizes and organizes the relevant theories and literature of lean management.Based on the current research status of lean management,especially in coal mines,both domestically and internationally,it discusses the connotation,principles,and tools of lean management.Secondly,taking Zhenchengdi Mine as the research object,the basic production situation of the company is introduced,and the reasons for the problems in safety management,cost management,production management,and human resource management of Zhenchengdi Mine are analyzed.By applying the theoretical knowledge of lean management and addressing the existing problems,a lean management implementation plan is proposed from four aspects: safety management,cost management,production management,and human resource management.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of lean management in the Zhenchengdi Mine,we will establish four guarantee mechanisms:evaluation system,lean culture,management system,and lean team construction,providing assistance for achieving lean management in the Zhenchengdi Mine.I hope that the research in this article can provide some reference for the future lean management of this enterprise,and also provide reference for similar enterprises’ lean management.
