In recent years,new business models represented by the sharing economy have flourished,and various sharing economy platforms have emerged one after another,which profoundly affects the transformation of social life,and has become an important path for enterprises to promote business model innovation,achieve transformation and upgrade,and enhance core competitiveness.The sharing economy business model is to build a sharing economy platform to efficiently and accurately match supply and demand,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,effectively solve the structural imbalance between the supply side and the demand side,avoid waste of resources,and achieve a shared economy platform for many participants to build and share a win-win situation.At present,my country's education reform is changing from exam-oriented education to quality education.The quality education represented by the STEAM education(STEAM is the acronym for Science,Technology,Engineering,Art and Mathematics.It is a comprehensive education integrating science,technology,engineering,art and mathematics.)has developed rapidly and gradually became a trend,becoming a new educational entrepreneurial outlet pursued by industrial capital.However,the development of the STEAM education industry in my country still faces many obstacles.The imbalance between the supply and demand of core resources such as specialized teaching aids,professional courses and teachers of STEAM education has highlighted the problem of insufficient matching.The transformation of traditional education enterprises has entered the path of STEAM education.The method is not clear yet.By systematically combing the related theories of sharing economy,STEAM education and business model,introducing the sharing economy business model into the STEAM education industry,and studying the STEAM education resource allocation path based on the sharing economy business model has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the observation of the sharing economy and STEAM education and other hot phenomena,this article abstracts the common business model of the sharing economy and applies it to the STEAM education industry.First,systematically summarize the relevant theories of the sharing economy,STEAM education and business models at home and abroad,and combine the specific analysis of phenomena and cases to construct the basic framework,operating mechanism and evaluation system of the sharing economy business model.Secondly,taking Ban Bao Co.,Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as "Ban Bao")as a case study object,as a research and development and manufacturing service enterprise of educational toys,Ban Bao's aims to get rid of the homogenization and low-price competition of traditional toy companies.The unfavorable situation is to effectively solve the problems of inconsistency and mismatch between the R&D,production and sales services of enterprise educational toys,and the real needs of consumers,and actively expand the STEAM education business by implementing a vertical integration strategy.The article analyzes Ban Bao's internal and external development environment,the status quo of STEAM education business operations,sorts out Ban Bao's existing business model,and introduces the sharing economy business model to solve the problems and challenges faced in the process of transformation and upgrading of Ban Bao;further,through analysis Ban Bao introduces the experience and practices of sharing economy business model to realize enterprise transformation and upgrading,and comprehensively analyzes the realization method,generation mechanism,effect analysis and risk prevention of business model;finally,summarizes and prospects,and proposes to improve the STEAM education sharing economy The opinions and suggestions on the business model provide theoretical basis and experience for the transformation and upgrading of traditional toy R&D and manufacturing enterprises to platform enterprises.
