Jewelry industry is a typical high-end consumer goods industry,which is obviously affected by the macroeconomic cycle,and basically consistent with the cyclical growth of the national economy.China's economic development has entered a new normal,the growth rate has slowed down,the downward pressure on the economy is still large,and the competition in the jewelry industry has intensified.Shopping malls and other offline channels are the main places for jewelry sales in China.With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,land resources are increasingly scarce,and terminal stores near the core business district of each city become the object of competition among manufacturers.The continuous improvement of the actual operating costs of the enterprises,such as the cost of leasing,the cost of manpower and the cost of marketing,continues to affect the profit level of jewelry enterprises.Therefore,many jewelry enterprises are looking for the way of jewelry reform.After the rapid development of sharing economy in recent years,it has now entered a relatively mature stage,and consumers' online consumption habits have been formed.Traditional jewelry enterprises are also following the pace of the Internet,exploring the road of transformation,and how to quickly transform,how to realize the Internet operation of jewelry industry is an urgent problem to be solved.A jewelry company is a traditional jewelry customization and sales enterprise.It has been established for 15 years and has many stores in Beijing.With the development of domestic jewelry industry,how can company a make use of existing resources,keep up with the trend of the times,and achieve long-term sustainable development in the competitive market environment?First of all,through an interview with the founder of company a,this paper understands that the current development of company a is facing a bottleneck,and the existing traditional business model can no longer meet the company's future development.It is necessary for company a to use the Internet to change the current business model,and makes an in-depth analysis of the feasibility of company a's implementation of the shared jewelry business model from the perspective of policy,technology and society.Then,a company's jewelry sharing business model is studied in depth and a business model canvas is constructed,and a company's operation model is established from two levels: platform and supplier,platform and demander.Finally,this paper divides the development of a company's shared jewelry business model into exploration period,growth period and diversified development period,and puts forward implementation suggestions for each stage.Through the research of this paper,I hope that company a can more clearly share the direction of jewelry business model,and provide a theoretical reference for company a's follow-up planning.
