Development And Application Of Project Management System For Sheet Metal Engineering

With the development of urban infrastructure in China in recent years,the demand for sheet metal parts projects is gradually increasing.Sheet metal parts manufacturing enterprises to customer demand driven,There are many problems,such as low project management level,unreasonable project management process,uncontrollable project cost,imperfect technical scheme,and untimely monitoring of production schedule,which will lead to prolonged product delivery time.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop a project management system for sheet metal parts engineering.Taking a sheet metal parts manufacturing enterprise in Jiangxi as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems existing in enterprise project management through investigation and research;Optimized the project management process and improved the organizational structure of the enterprise.Based on the design BOM and process BOM,the cost and schedule control of the whole process of the project are realized;Establish the project management system business and data model;According to the requirements of software engineering,the system is designed and developed,and the stability of the system function is tested.The system is mainly composed of five modules: system management,contract management,project process management,project cost management and project material management.According to the work content of each department,the authority of each employee in the system is delimited.At present,the system has completed all the development work,and has been put into use in a sheet metal parts manufacturing enterprise in Jiangxi Province.In the actual use of the process for enterprises to improve the level of project management;Standardized the project management process;Controlled the project cost and schedule;Shorten the delivery time of products;Reduce communication costs.It has good economic value and application value.This study also provides a reference for the development of similar systems.
