Research On Management Model Of 3# EGL L2 System Development Project In Baosteel

Project management is a practical skill which is used in many fields, so it has positive meaning to take deep research on project management. In the recent years, with the rising of project management as a science, Baosteel has been focusing on the theory of developing controlling system. But, a number of problems come up. This dissertation is targeted to solve these problems.The text will give us a deep description on the theory of project management and system project development. And some current disadvantages and the causes in Baosteel's system project development will be listed through research on this topic. The whole text will give us a complete and systematic process on Baosteel's 3# EGL L2 system project development.Here is the general description:(1) This part describes the current development of project management in our country and abroad, and some theories which are the base of the research.(2) This part introduces the current development of project management in Baosteel; outline the two-dimension model of 3# EGL L2 controlling system development.(3) This part researches the horizontal axis of "the two-dimension model", that is the Flow management:project establishment, design management, equipment procurement, programming and testing management, project acceptance management, and assessment management.(4) This part researches the vertical axis of "the two-dimension model", that is: team management, communication management, risk management, and schedule management, conflict management etc.Finally, the research's limitation and what will be done for the next research will be generalized.
