Design And Development Of Dynamic Management System Of Sanjiangyuan Ecological Management Project

With the deepening of the ecological management work of Sanjiangyuan, the ecological environment of Sanjiangyuan area has been continuously implemented, such as the construction of animal husbandry project, the project of return grazing land to grassland, the control project of rodent control, grassland fire prevention project and black soil control project. Sanjiangyuan area of the ecological environment has continued to improve. However, the management and examination of Sanjiangyuan ecological management work is still in the traditional way of paper submission and approval, the work efficiency is low and wasted a lot of manpower and material resources. Because the project information is tedious and stored in paper form, it is difficult to collect and query the project information, which is not conducive to the sharing of resources.And the traditional way of work for the implementation of the scope of the project review and management of the lack of a reasonable scientific means. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish an information management system which is combined with spatial geographic information, set up project approval and project management, and is used in the planning, approval and evaluation of ecological management in Sanjiangyuan area.Based on the B/S architecture, this paper makes use of the technology of WebGIS, computer network technology and database technology to develop and construct the dynamic management system of ecological management of Sanjiangyuan, which is based on the lack of complete function of ecological management dynamic management platform of Sanjiangyuan ecological management. Based on the analysis of the business process and approval mode of Sanjiangyuan ecological management work, the structure system of ecological management project information database is designed based on SQL Server database;The use of object-oriented C# language programming to achieve the ecological management projects, including project creation, project distribution, project application, project approval, project audit filing management and other business functions, so that provincial, city and county multi-level departments to form a linkage collaboration; Based on ArcGIS API for JavaScript and WebGIS technology, the organization and storage of spatial information data of project implementation are realized; The spatial data analysis ability of GIS is used to realize the spatial information analysis function of the project, which can check the location of the project and provide a scientific and effective means for the project review department; In addition, the system also has the real-time management function of project implementation, which will display the progress data of the project implementation unit to the project supervisor at different levels in different statistical ways. The project supervisor at all levels can view the project implementation in real time.It implements the project in the implementation phase of the whole process of dynamic supervision and management. The system provided by the ecological management project in the approval function and project management functions, which improves the management of the Sanjiangyuan area of ecological project management level, and effectively reduces the work intensity of the staff.
