| Dairy industry is an important part of national economy and also an important field related to national physical health.In recent years,under the promotion of market economy and national policies,China’s dairy industry has developed rapidly,and dairy enterprises have ushered in huge opportunities.However,due to the perishable nature of dairy products,there are high requirements for temperature and transportation time in the transportation link.Moreover,the logistics industry based on transportation belongs to the high-energy industry.In the process of distribution of dairy products,special refrigerated vehicles with higher energy consumption need to be used and more carbon emissions are generated.Therefore,in today’s severe global climate situation,the contradiction between the high energy consumption of dairy cold chain logistics and the energy conservation and emission reduction advocated at present is prominent.Therefore,this paper studies the vehicle routing problem of dairy cold chain logistics with the constraints of vehicle capacity and delivery service time window.Based on the green perspective,an optimization model of dairy cold chain distribution path is built with the optimization objectives of reducing the total distribution cost,improving customer satisfaction and reducing carbon emissions.This paper first analyzes the research status of cold chain logistics and path optimization at home and abroad to extract the research problems,and briefly expounds the related theories of green logistics,cold chain logistics and vehicle path optimization.Then,combined with the perishable characteristics of dairy products and their distribution requirements,the distribution costs were analyzed in detail,including fixed costs,transportation costs,refrigeration costs,carbon emission costs,cargo damage costs and penalty costs.Through reasonable assumptions,based on the green perspective,an optimization model of vehicle distribution path for dairy cold chain logistics is established,which takes the minimum total distribution cost as the objective function.At the same time,when designing the algorithm,the cross operation and mutation operation of genetic algorithm are introduced to optimize the ant colony algorithm,and the hybrid ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,taking Jiangxi Sunshine Dairy Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,Matlab simulation software was used to solve the experimental results,and the cold chain distribution service of dairy products sales terminals in each district of Nanchang was analyzed from the common perspective and the green perspective.The experimental results show that the vehicle delivery path based on the green perspective is better than the ordinary perspective in terms of total delivery cost,vehicle carbon emissions and customer satisfaction.By comparing the two,it can be seen that dairy cold chain logistics enterprises take the initiative to consider low-carbon factors and rationally optimize the distribution path,which can not only effectively reduce carbon emissions,but also increase economic benefits and meet the requirements of low-carbon economic development.Therefore,based on the perspective of green environmental protection,the milk vehicle distribution routing optimization problem,not only can effectively reduce the dairy products cold chain logistics enterprise distribution costs,improve customer satisfaction and benefit from the source to reduce carbon emissions,can also enrich the research content and scope of vehicle routing optimization problem,has a certain theoretical and practical significance. |
