With the increase of agricultural products year by year, people's requirements for the quality of fresh agricultural products are getting higher and higher, which provides a broad space for the development of cold-chain logistics. As we all know,as a major energy consumer, high energy consumption and high carbon emissions of cold-chain logistics are incompatible with the mainstream of "low-carbon economy".Therefore,in the process of rapid development of cold-chain logistics,it is necessary to balance the economy. The relationship between economic benefits and environment.Firstly, this paper analyzed the characteristics of cold chain distribution of fresh agricultural products, analyzed the balance relationship between cold chain and low carbon in the circulation mode of agricultural products supermarket, agricultural supermarket docking is a new circulation mode of agricultural products, and then through the analysis of carbon emission sources in the process of cold chain distribution, constructed a carbon emission function.Today, carbon emissions are costed by carbon tax.In addition, this paper also analyzed the distribution.Other costs incurred during the journey include the cost of vehicle use and transportation, the cost of refrigeration and cargo damage.Based on vehicle load and soft time window constraints, the objective function of minimizing total cost is constructed, and the optimization model of cold chain distribution route is finally formed. For the solution of the model, appropriate chromosome coding method and genetic operator are adopted. Finally,an example is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.Through simulation and analysis, the optimal distribution route scheme is determined by using the software of MATLAB under the two conditions of whether carbon emission factor or not.The numerical results show that the carbon emission factor is taken into account in the process of cold chain logistics distribution,so that the path optimization model can be determined, which can effectively reduce the generation of cold chain distribution process.CO2 can reduce the operating cost of enterprises, and provide some reference and suggestions for fresh agricultural products cold-chain logistics and distribution enterprises when planning low-carbon distribution routes.
