Abstract/Summary:
Molten iron logistics is a special logistics method for iron and steel enterprises to transport molten iron through process railways.Molten iron transportation in logistics is directly related to the personal safety of relevant production personnel and the efficiency of enterprise steel production.At the same time,molten iron logistics is also a complex task involving multi-departmental collaboration.The original molten iron logistics management system cannot meet the current needs of iron and steel enterprises for the development of large-scale production and intelligent management.Therefore,the informatization and intelligent construction of molten iron logistics is of great significance to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the production of iron and steel enterprises.This article uses a domestic iron and steel plant’s smart molten iron logistics project as a background to analyze the problems existing in the original system.In response to the requirements for real-time and accuracy of locomotive positioning in molten iron transportation,according to the railway environment of the factory area,different positioning schemes have been designed in the blind zone of the blast furnace,in the dumping station,under the overhead material conveying pipeline and railway turnouts,which improves the continuous positioning of the locomotive Reliability.In view of the fact that the track lines of the craft railway map surveyed and drawn cannot meet the needs of visual display,the original craft railway map is converted into a more usable hot metal dispatching map by using the method of non-linear transformation.In view of the GPS positioning error,the positioning data of the locomotive will not all fall on the track of the craft railway.This paper presents a map matching method to constrain the positioning data of the vehicle to the route of the track map.In order to correctly map the locomotive’s location information on the original map to the hot metal dispatching map,a map matching algorithm from the original map to the hot metal dispatching map is given.According to the enterprise’s functional requirements for the visualization of molten iron transportation scheduling,the hardware architecture and software architecture of transportation scheduling visualization are designed.The software development work is completed based on the B/S network architecture.
