The connecting and matching of steel-making process is a new issue which has been developed with the progress of metallurgical unit's function and the optimization of steel plant structure.It includes logistics control, energy control, quality control and information control. And the basis is the connecting, matching, continuing and stabilizing of every important parameter between the units. The reasonable model and collocation of iron pretreatment and its cooperation with blast furnaces and converters are analyzed in the article.The process matching of production logistics is analyzed and optimized,and the simulation model is established(finally the simulation analysis and the optimization to the entire production process has carried out in this paper by applying simulation software ExtendLT).It has guiding significance on the steel production.Based on the multidimensional logistics control system theory of the steel manufacturing process and the theories of metallurgy, analyzed the spot measured data of no.1 and no.2 steel-making plants by using statistical method, and also time, temperature and other parameters.(1) It analyized all the time process parameters by using statistical method,It is concluded that the statistics law of the process time parameters and applied time study method to research to the rhythms of the production process.Through this research to identify the key production processes which impact on the efficiency.(2) It analyized all the temperature process parameters by using statistical method,Through carring on the contrastive analysis to the actual temperature and the ideal temperature's deviation, it has discussed the forming reason of the temperature fluctuation origin, and has formulated the temperature regulation scope of various working procedures.(3) In consideration of production equipments and operation status of shuicheng iron and steel company no.1 and no.2 steel-making plants, the connecting and matching problems of it are analyzed, including logistics status of steel ladle, through the establishment of the optimized model for hot metal ladle turn round time,ladle on the ideal number of working capital has been optimized.(4) The productivity match of the converters and CC machine of steel-making plants of shui'steel has been analyzed, and optimized the cycle of the converters, raised the logistics control programme of two processes.(5) Finally simulation model of the converter-CC machine production process is established by applying simulation software ExtendLT.It has carried on the simulation analysis and the optimization to the entire flow. The simulation result has further confirmed the above analysis result.
