With the development of enterprise modernization,the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel enterprises in the direction of automation and informatization has become the main theme.Although many iron and steel companies have been developing their own molten iron transportation scheduling system and monitoring management system,and the management level of molten iron transportation has been improved to a certain extent.But the main functions of the systems are mainly based on molten iron information processing and data statistics.In the process of molten iron transportation,the tracking and positioning of vehicles and the specific dispatching work are still completed manually,which relies heavily on the experience of dispatchers,and there are some problems such as delayed information transmission and low accuracy.This method of manual tracking and positioning and manual dispatching can no longer adapt to the development of iron and steel enterprises,and the informatization and automation construction of the molten iron transportation process are very important.This article takes the molten iron transportation project of a domestic iron and steel plant as the background.According to the actual production status,the demand analysis of the molten iron transportation process is carried out,and a tracking and dispatching system for the molten iron transportation locomotive is designed and realized.Aiming at the problem of poor real-time and accuracy of manual tracking and positioning of vehicles in molten iron transportation,a locomotive tracking and positioning scheme was proposed.The multi-source combined positioning method was adopted to solve the problem of inaccurate positioning under the blind zoneof blast furnace and in the tank pouring station,and the continuous real-time dynamic positioning of locomotives in the whole plant area was realized.Combined with the map matching algorithm,the positioning accuracy was improved,and the visualization of locomotive tracking and positioning was realized.Aiming at the problem of high labor intensity of manual dispatching,the locomotive automatic dispatching model was proposed,and the locomotive dispatching logic was analyzed.Besides,the locomotive dispatching strategy was designed to complete the automatic selection of the locomotive and the running path planning,and the automatic dispatching and task tracking of the locomotive in the process of molten iron transportation were realized.According to the system requirements,the software structure,functional structure and functional modules such as dynamic monitoring,automatic scheduling,task tracking,actual performance management and other functions of the locomotive tracking and dispatching system were designed.Detailed design were made from database tables,data real-time processing,data transmission and functional modules.Based on the B/S architecture,the development of the locomotive tracking and dispatching system of molten iron transportation was completed,and various functional modules and pages were implemented,as well as the system functional test was completed.
