Abstract/Summary:
Molten iron transport in iron and steel enterprises plays an important role in the iron andsteel production。The selection of molten iron tanker transport path between the blast furnaceand converter, as well as the number of locomotives, have a major impact on the efficiency ofsteel production and transportation costs.Under the premise of the Blast Furnace with the construction of the railway linearrangement scheme designed already, this article described that making decision of the actualprocess of the locomotive on the railway line transporting molten iron tanker by simulatingthe process, make the molten iron transport organization plan by model-calculating,tooptimize the the locomotive running path and determine the required number of locomotivesin the way of blast furnace to the converter, and embodied in the form of a blast furnacemolten iron working diagram transport operations. Using the combination of model andcomputer programming to achieve computer automatic drawing, can simplify the designersworkto adjust the program, and avoid a lot of duplication of effort.In this paper, I do a research on the combination of model calculations and molten ironoperation diagram analysis to study the following aspects: first, make a specific analysis ofthe actual operation process of molten iron running between blast furnace to the converter,tostudy the regularity and time requirements of the production and transport; secondly,considering the technological requirements of blast furnace production time, transportdistance, insulation of molten iron, BOF production efficiency, to determine the type ofmolten iron locomotive running program; thirdly, by simulating the molten irontransportprocess, optimizethe path selection of locomotive railway line in the the locomotiverunning process, optimize transportation organization programs anddetermine the number oflocomotives. Finally, according to the instance data of a steel plant, in the case of the railwayline arrangement scheme has been determined already, the paper select the locomotive typewhich compliestheinstance, molten iron locomotive transport organization programs and therequired number of locomotives by calculating the formulas and models, and express in theform of molten iron transport operations figure.By evaluation of molten iron transportoperations as illustrated in figure, to provide useful information to management which can beused as a reference for the development of blast furnace plan and help designers improve thetransport organization scheme.This paperssimulate the locomotive operation process and analyze the design example bystudying the blast furnace under molten iron during transport, determine the transportorganization programs and the number of locomotives to the blast furnace molten irontransport in the operations diagram form, to achieve the purpose of optimizing thetransportation organization programs and reducing the workload of designers.Simultaneously, by combining the theoretical model with actual blast furnace hot metalproduction, this theory enhanced design persuasive, and has some reference and guidingsignificance in transport organization of the steel plant design.
