Noise deafness,as the most common occupational disease in the mining blasting industry,causes permanent damage to the hearing of relevant practitioners,and the clinical treatment effect is not significant.Therefore,for occupational noise deafness,the key is personal protection.At present,there are relatively few products for noise protection,single functions,and no targeted products focusing on different industry categories.In addition,the health monitoring system for practitioners still needs to be improved.Starting from the mine blasting industry,through literature research and field investigations,from the perspective of mine blasting environment,analyze the mine blasting workflow and scene elements,study the scene requirements for noise protection,and gain an in-depth understanding of the relevant technical principles of noise protection and hearing detection.From the perspective of users,conduct research on mine blasting practitioners.Through interviews with target users,we can dig deeper into user needs,and then construct user role models and journey maps,and use Affinity Diagram(KJ)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)methods to compare Perform weight analysis on user needs,and expand the mapping of functional elements based on user needs.From a design perspective,based on the theory of Quality Function Deployment(QFD),through matrix analysis between user needs and functional elements,the weights of functional elements are obtained,and then the functional elements are mapped to design elements and verified.Finally,the design is constructed The house of quality model of elements completes the transformation of user needs to design elements and determines product design requirements.Finally,carry out the design practice for the mine blasting noise protection helmet product,complete the design of the product appearance and functional modules,and carry out the program display and design evaluation.The research on the product design of mine blasting noise protection helmets provides individual protection solutions for the prevention of occupational noise deafness.As far as the relevant practitioners are concerned,it can effectively reduce the occupational hazards caused by noise,and at the same time,the occupational health is effectively monitored,which reduces the risk of occupational diseases to a certain extent.It is hoped that the research results can provide a certain reference value for the development of the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases of noise deafness.
