With the improvement of modern mechanical automation degree,oilfield equipment mechanization and automation has also improved the power of cat system as a migration of drill pipe is important equipment in the oil field,its development is relatively slow now oil field in our country there are still few factory migration tool is still rely on manual operation,such easy to cause work slow labor cost increases the probability of tool wear increase;Other equipment in the domestic existing Wells factory can only achieve drill pipe migration of half automation,also can’t ensure the migration process of fully automated,at the same time also can’t guarantee the stability and safety of drill pipe migration process system,so the development of power cat system to achieve the status of the fully automated looming this topic is proposed for the problem,design a set of drill pipe can realize automatic migration and strong stability.This paper has done a lot of research on the power cat track system,the main content of the research is: the design of the power cat track system design important parts design calculation of the main parts of the strength analysis of the main mechanism of the kinematics simulation analysis of the upper computer program programming control system design and analysis;Finally,we try to use the actual model to verify the theoretical research.Firstly,the current situation of the development of domestic automatic catwalk system have summarized.Secondly,A set of whole party is designed for the automatic catwalk system,and the scheme of the specific components in detail,and at the same time the specific components are mapped by using Creo software.and the important parts are calculated.Thirdly,using ANSYS Workbench finite element software have analyzed the strength of the specific components.At the same time,using the ADAMS software have carried out the dynamic analysis of the main design mechanism,so as to ensure the rationality and safety of the design plan.Finally,a set of hydraulic control is designed to match the specific scheme of the designed automatic catwalk system.and the hydraulic control system is simulated and analyzed,so as to ensure the rationality of the design of the hydraulic control system.
