| The constant power control of power bicycle plays a crucial role in the accuracy of cardiorespiratory endurance test evaluation,because the traditional power bicycle adopts simple mechanical adjustment,the resistance effect is not particularly satisfactory,and the resistance segmentation is not uniform,and the power fluctuation caused by the change of pedaling speed of the testers cannot be adjusted in real time,and its performance can no longer meet the demand of people’s scientific fitness training.Based on the above reasons,this paper designs a magneto-resistive energy-fed power car,which can generate magnetic resistance,but also can convert the chemical energy consumed by human movement into electrical energy collection.This paper focuses on the design of the magneto-resistive generator of the magneto-resistive power vehicle and analyzes its performance.The design of the reluctance generator of the reluctance-fed power car is based on the principle of permanent magnet rotary motor,and the working principle and overall structure design of the reluctance-fed power car and reluctance generator are elaborated.The reluctance generator is integrated into the power car.Two types of reluctance generators are analyzed,and the overall structure of the reluctance generator is finalized.The finite element model of the reluctance generator is established,the parameters of the finite element model of the reluctance generator are set,the internal magnetic field and electromagnetic torque characteristics of the reluctance generator are analyzed,and the effective length of the air gap of the reluctance generator,the thickness of the permanent magnet,the pole arc coefficient,the length of the air gap and other parameters on the output electromagnetic torque are analyzed by the method of control variables in Ansoft-RMxprt.The internal dimensions of the reluctance generator are optimized.In Ansoft-Maxwell2 D,the electromagnetic performance of the reluctance generator under different operating conditions,such as internal magnetic field,no-load cogging torque,no-load magnetic chain and back potential,and load electromagnetic torque,is analyzed.The composition and working principle of the constant power control system of the reluctance-fed power vehicle are analyzed,the mathematical model of the constant power control system of the reluctance-fed power vehicle is established,the model simulation block diagram is built in Matlab/simulink software for analysis,and the PID controller of the constant power system is established using PID control theory.Finally,the constant power control effect analysis of the magneto-resistive energy-fed power vehicle is carried out,and the results show that the use of PID control method has a good improvement effect on solving the problem that the power cannot be constant due to the fluctuation of pedaling rate.The prototype of the reluctance-fed power bike was designed,and the experimental bench for constant power control was designed to test the effect of constant power control of the reluctance-fed power bike,and the theoretical simulation was compared with the experiment for verification. |
