At present,most catwalks of land rigs are mainly driven by hydraulics,which have many defects.In this dissertation,by studying the function and environment of catwalk on land rigs,a set of electrical control automatic catwalk system with electric drive as the main force and hydraulic pressure as auxiliary and electro-hydraulic hybrid is designed.The automatic performance of the electrical control automatic catwalk is better,it can adapt to a variety of extreme environments,and it is easy to carry and disassemble.This thesis designs the overall system from three aspects: electric winch system design、electrical control system design and PLC program development and design of the control system.The electric winch is the main power of the automatic catwalk.Its design includes the structure design of the winch drum and the control design of the motor unit system.In this thesis,the force and size of the drum are calculated according to the maximum load of the catwalk,a three-dimensional model of the drum is built and the strength is checked and analyzed.According to the functional requirements and installation dimensions,a right-angle dual-frequency electric winch drum system was designed.According to the torque received by the winch and the rotation speed of the drum,and by calculating the relevant parameters,the matching electrical equipment model was selected.The electrical control system has two control modes: wireless remote control and wired operation box control.Wireless remote control is based on the PLC controller and cooperates with industrial wireless remote controller for remote automation control.The wired operation box controls the action coils of each mechanism directly through the operation panel.According to the system control function and I/O point requirements,a suitable PLC controller and related electrical components are selected.The entire electrical system is designed and the circuit diagram is designed.Finally,based on the working process and operating principle of the automatic catwalk,the entire control program is developed and programmed using programming software. |
