| In recent years, with the improvement of automation technology and application indrilling rig, the mechanization of its main auxiliary equipment such as hydraulic disc brake,auto driller, hydraulic cathead, etc have been improved. However, comparing with the otherauxiliary equipment of the rig, research and cost on automation of such equipment isobviously insufficient. Technical level of pipe laying and tubular lifting and loweringoperation still remains on1960s-1970s; the labor intensity is big while high risk is kept inworking; then it brings the negative effect and it does not suit for the development of rigindustry.According to the current situation above, this article makes further research on pipelaying and tubular lifting and lowering operation, and carries out the design on automaticcatwalk of oil drilling rig. This article focuses on structure design of catwalk’s maincomponents, design on control system of liquid, air, and electricity, the strength calculationand type selection calculation of key parts, and design specification of main structure. Andfinally, it passes amount of sample field experiment to achieve ideal effect, which canimproves the poor safety of auxiliary equipment, and the current situation of low level ofmechanization and intelligence. It has a further popularization and application value. |
