Xi Jinping attaches great importance to young people and closely combines the future of young people with the future of the country and the nation.for the first time,he put forward the important point of view that " youth makes the country prosperous,while youth makes the country strong."As a state-owned enterprise,most of its young technical personnel are lack of management awareness and market economy awareness.Managers are not familiar with petroleum and petrochemical production technology.The cross-cultural communication ability of managers and professional and technical personnel is not strong.Nowadays,combined with the special situation in Xinjiang,we need not only personnel who have a fine division of labor and master technology,but also all-round talents who master interdisciplinary knowledge and skills.Therefore,how to train young talents to become all-round talents is an urgent matter.The aim of this paper is to form a training plan for young people in Xinjiang oil extraction plant 2.Based on human capital theory and talent incentive theory,on the basis of analyzing the demand and supply of young talents and combining with various related theoretical knowledge,this paper studies the training countermeasures for young talents suitable for Xinjiang oil extraction plant 2.Based on the current situation of young talents in Xinjiang oil field No.2 oil production plant,this paper mainly studies how to realize the rapid and high-quality development of young talents in the next five years and to achieve the optimal allocation of young talents' human resources through a more forward-looking and leading young talents training mode and method,so as to solve a series of problems existing in the replacement of new and old jobs.among them,various mechanisms and guarantees are used to achieve the appropriate management effect of personnel.Ensure that young talents in enterprises can reach the right positions at the right time,get the best training and exercise,realize the best allocation of human resources and other resources,effectively motivate employees,and develop and utilize the potential of human resources to the greatest extent,thus finally realizing the strategic goal of enterprises and maximizing social benefits.
