The development of enterprises can not be separated from people,but also from excellent people.In recent years,as far as the state,provinces and municipalities are concerned about the new talent policy,enterprises are paying more and more attention to talent work,and the value of human resources and human initiative have been widely recognized.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.Strategic management of human resources has become a realistic need of many enterprises.How to formulate human resources strategies and corresponding strategies to attract,discover,train,use,retain and integrate human resources effectively is the key to help enterprises gain core competitiveness in the future.Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,LTD is a newly-built SNG plant.As the company moved from infrastructure to production,it is faced with such problems as high cost,insufficient fine management,lack of key talents and brain drain.Its human resource strategy and management strategy urgently need to be adjusted and improved,Especially,the basic work of human resources management is still weakening,which seriously restricts the implementation of enterprise development strategy.According to the actual situation and development needs of enterprises,this paper studies and analyses the human resources management problems faced by the company.The main research methods include literature research,questionnaire survey,employee interviews and so on.This paper introduces the basic situation of the company,and analyses its competitive advantages and development constraints.This paper summarizes and analyses the macro environment of the company’s development,the industry environment and the existing human resources situation,as well as the existing problems in human resources management.SWOT is used to analyze the environment and strategic choice of human resources development.According to the company’s overall strategy and existing problems,and from the strategic point of view,this paper puts forward the human resources strategy,focusing on the strategy of strengthening enterprises by talents,focusing on strengthening the construction of middle-level cadres,strengthening the training and selection of talents,improving the incentive mechanism,etc.,to adjust and plan the direction of human resources strategic management,and puts forward corresponding management strategies accordingly.
