Application Research And Applicability Analysis Of Reverse Extrusion Filling Technology In Gudong Oilfield

Gudong oilfield is a famous sand producing oilfield in China,the main member of the Guantao formation is a fluvial deposit formed in the upper third period,its burial shallowly,high shale content,the loose sand and thick oil caused serious sand production,impeding the sustainable development of oil fields.Sand control is always the main content of downhole operation,how to extend the effective period of sand control in oil wells,reducing sand control effect on reservoir permeability is the main research direction of sand control technology research.During a period of time,the problem of restricting the contradiction between sand control and strata blockage in Gudong oilfield was effectively solved.But through many years of field application analysis,it is found that there are some shortcomings such as obvious permeability reduction,late treatment and some special wells not applicable,it has certain limitations.This paper takes the typical loose sandstone reservoir in Gudong oilfield as the application object,through data statistics,combining application status,comparative analysis of existing sand control technology characteristics.The sand control technology of reverse extrusion filling is put forward.The principle of the technology is introduced.The field implementation process is described in detail.The emphasis is put on the comparison with the conventional sand control technology of extrusion filling.It mainly includes the development of different reservoir types,construction process and post-treatment,and expounds the advantages of reverse extrusion filling technology.At the same time,in view of the problems found in the field application,combined with the theory,the construction parameters are rationally optimized,the supporting equipment is improved,and the process applicability is improved.Extension technology: mixing and draining of fixed string and secondary sand replenishment technology is still in the experimental application stage,and field application is less,but it provides a good reference for further exploration and development of technology and sand control technology in Gudong Oilfield.
