Offshore oil field is an oil field established in land sea transition zone,and part of the region is built by land reclamation.Due to the high cost of ground construction in offshore oilfield,the average single well occupies less ground area.The wells are usually distributed in a well group,and the reservoir reserves are controlled by the well group in the design.The wells in the shallow sea area are mostly constructed with highly deviated well structures.The old 163-168 artificial island oil field in Shengli oilfield is the key construction capacity block of Sinopec,and also the largest sand control block for offshore high angle slope in China.Such reservoirs are shallow buried and generally loose sandstone reservoirs.Sand control completion is a necessary measure to ensure the normal production of oil and gas wells.However,due to its high slope completion structure,it is difficult to control sand,drilling and completion of fluid drainage is not complete,polluting reservoirs and other development difficulties.In this paper,the optimum selection of sand control method is carried out in shallow sea area due to large slope angle,high deflecting point and loose reservoir.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of various sand control technologies,a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is established.The membership degree and subordinate function relation of each factor are considered,which provides a good guidance for sand control technology optimization.By establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of sand control technology for high angle sand drift in sea beach,it is recommended that the research target block be dominated by the sand filling technology with round wire screen,sand filling by fracturing and sand control.In the study of the gravel filling in the wire wrapped screen,the geometric and mechanical reliability analysis and the friction torque of the high angle deviated well are analyzed.The conventional filling tool is improved and the inverted double hydraulic releasing function is increased.According to the deviation over the great well,this paper puts forward reverse filling sand prevention to further improve the compactness of the sand filling zone and to ensure the quality and validity of sand control.In order to improve the quality of sand control,the deep acidizing plugging removal technology is put forward,and the optimum formula is selected in order to improve the quality of sand control.Due to the short shelf life of guanidine gel sand carrying fluid in shallow sea area,sand control for high angle deviated wells in sea beach results in high quality and high construction cost.Therefore,the on-line cleaning sand carrying liquid technology has been developed,which not only saves the production cost,but also is efficient,clean and environmental friendly.Meanwhile,the safety of sand control construction is further guaranteed.Through relevant research and technical integration,the oil and gas wells in the old 163-168 artificial island oil field of typical block is selected as the object of study.A sand screening technology for high angle oil well based on beach area has been formed.Finally,the sand control technology suitable for the beach high angle deviated well has been put forwarded.The research results have been widely applied in the old 163-168 artificial island oil field.The research results of this paper will also provide a good reference for the development of offshore high angle deviated wells.
