Loose sandstone oil reservoir are widely distributed,sand production factors must considered in the development process of loose sandstone oil reservoir.A serious of sand production may lead to lifting equipment wear,shortening of the pump inspection cycle,hole collapse and shut down in unconsolidated sandstone.By taking reasonable measures to control formation sand production is the best way to cope with the oil well sand production.Mechanical sand control is the most widely used for loose sand reservoir,but the design of the retaining structure and sand control sand barrier couldn't reach the desired effect because the difference of core features.Well can't keep long-term normal mining.Mechanical sand control use sand filling server to fill more gravel from the wash pipe to oil casing annulus.The remnants of gravel volume is usually very big,but the server's backwashing is quite narrow channels that make sand filling server backwashing channels block.That seriously affect the success rate of sand control.So it is very necessary to research on the construction parameters of gravel filling sand control.Improve the sand control server backwashing performance is an important problem to solve.This;article combined study on Porous Media Formation Theory and the mechanical sand control techniques,taking improving the success rate of sand control construction as the focus,the following aspects:1.On the basis of the theory of oil well sand production and sand control methods,analysis of the technological process of mechanical sand control,summarizes the existing problems of sand control.2.Design the sand filling server which was suited to loose sand based on sand control process requirement.3.Reference of new sand control server site construction test failure experience,research of new type filling sand control server structure improvement.Adopted CFD software for numerical simulation,analysis of gravel volume change rule in the backwashing channel when the sand filling server was backwashing.Based on theoretical analysis of changing the structure of the sand filling server,observation of the flow field of server key parts in the sand filling server though the two-phase fluid numercial simulation.The result is that the changing of structure could greatly enhance the success rate of backwashing.4.Making new samples of filling sand control server and doing laboratory test.The test results compared with the design requirements analysis.The experimental results showed that design of new sand control filling server can meet the requirements of sand control technology.5.Basis of the two phase percolation mechanics and fluid mechanics,parameters of sand control construction was designed.Doing the sand control construction on the spot and observe the exploitation effects of sand control well drilling.Monitoring the efficacy of sand control well drilling.The production was more than before.The phenomenon of sand does not appear in the process of mining.
