Due to the limitations on longevity of the offshore platform and facilities, the recovery efficiency need to be improved in offshore oilfield. To improve development benefit, the popularizations of oil lifting method of large displacement pumps is the only way. But the sand production is very common in loose sandstone reservoir of GUANTAO formation when the oil wells increase its liquid production, which may cause sand jamming of the electrical pumps, and lying wells, so we should take effective ways of sand control to provide reliable operating conditions to the normal production of electrical pumps at sea. With fully considering the characteristics of geology in offshore oilfield, Through the research of high-speed water filling technology, and form a complete and perfect set of sand-control tools, optimize craft design of sand control pumps, improve the sand control techniques, while adopt the hierarchical squeeze packing and whole well high-speed water filling pack comprehensive sand control craft, a multi-layer high-speed water filling pack sand control craft, the high-angle and long segment wells long implement multi-step high-speed water filling sand control technology, all have achieved good effects, and the offshore oil field realize the efficient development.
