Sand production in oil well is one of the important difficulties during the oil exploitation, especially when the production tail, water cut would increase, and subsurface liquid would much easier to carry sand into well bore, it make the sand production get more serious. The sand production in oil well will not only lead to inefficient exploitation of the field, decrease of recovery efficiency, but also have serious abrasion wear on down-hole and surface equipment, shorten the equipments operating life, even casing failure and oil well abandonment, etc. internal and overseas boffin have attached importance to this and cost many manpower and resource to sand control and study annually.The study aim at the typical loose sand reservoir in our country, geologic setting, development status and sand production in Gudong oilfield, according to the theoretical study, in-house laboratory and field experiment, it developed an integrated sand production status simulation technique and sand control decision-making in loose sand reservoir. The study provides the technical foundation of increase and stable production in Gudong oilfield and same kind of loose sand reservoir. The creativity study efforts we have got are as follows:1. Make a quantitative simulation of sanding status in oil well, and complete a change from qualitative to quantitative. Study the influence rule of various factors on sanding status at the same time.2. Established the model of maximum sanding grain diameter and sanding concentration, the numerical model of influence from various sand control methods to reservoir productivity, and calculate model of intermediate belt thickness and intermediate belt permeability during the process of sand control pack, provide the important data to the technique of sand control methods optimization decision-making.3. As the problems of maximum sanding space and mass sanding space during the exploitation of loose sand reservoir, the study developed a new viewpoint of "steady sanding at deep zone, broken down sand control at near well bore formation, and sandretention at well bore" to solving the sanding at this kind of reservoirs.4. The study developed a new type of antis expand sand control agent NTW-1 to solve the problem of "steady sanding at deep zone". According to the application on more than 2300 wells, it shows that NTW-1 can complete "steady sanding at deep zone" very well.5. Established the numerical model of calculation the longevity of various sand control methods, provide the important data basis of economic evaluation on sand control methods.6. Established the economic evaluation model and technical evaluation model of sand control optimization decision-making, and solve the technical problem of "broken down sand control at near well bore formation, sand retention at well bore". According to the application on more than 2000 wells, it shows the scientificity and veracity. At the same time, it indicate that the viewpoint of "broken down sand control at near well bore formation, sand retention at well bore" can solve the difficulty of sand control in loose sand reservoir very well.7. According to the laboratory study, established a numerical model of rock Poisson ratio and rock shear strength parameter Co and Ci;and the field calculational methods.The study is aimed at typical loose sand reservoir in Gudong oilfield. The research efforts have treated the difficult of sand control in Gudong oilfield, the direct economic benefit reach to 36.5 millions Yuan. The study also has the instructional effect on the sanding modeling and sand control at the similar kind of reservoirs. The research have been popularized and applied in Jianghan and Dagang oilfield.The content of paper has four parts. The first part is literature overview, the second is the study on modeling technology of sanding status in loose sand reservoir, the third is study on the sand control optimization decision-making, and the last part of paper is the main conclusion and acquaintanceship.The study of this paper is imbrues by Shengli oilfield science and technology tackle key problem project fund, and parts of the efforts have passed the identification of science and technology office in Shandong province, after auditing by expert, the achievement lias keep ahead among the s international, and win the second-class awardof science and technology advancement in Shandong province.
