Qiang embroidery is an important part of the traditional culture of the Qiang nationality,and it is also the crystallization of the thinking and wisdom of Qiang women.Qiang embroidery has a long history of precipitation and is full of the essence of Qiang culture.However,with the rapid development of modern industry,traditional manual art is gradually replaced by mechanical automation,and the inheritance and teaching of Qiang embroidery skills are facing severe challenges.Aiming at the problems of single needle learning method,lack of awareness of pattern innovation and creative ability in the process of teaching Qiang embroidery handicrafts,this article focuses on the following work to realize the digital protection of Qiang embroidery handicrafts.(1)First,through field research,summarize and sort out the physical information of Qiang embroidery needle method,build a digital information collection platform,and obtain the original image data of needle method.Secondly,create a needle method sample data set,and perform image preprocessing on the needle method sample to improve the efficiency of the needle method recognition operation.Finally,the improved SIFT(Scale-invariant feature transform)algorithm is used to identify and match needle feature points.Comparative experiments found that compared with the traditional SIFT algorithm,the improved algorithm has increased the average accuracy of needle recognition to 88%.(2)First of all,using field surveys and in-depth expert interviews as technical means,the collected patterns are sorted and analyzed to form a research database,from which group patterns that are convenient for quantification and reasoning are selected as the research objects.Secondly,the cluster flower configuration is combined with the Cartesian coordinate system,and Adobe Illustrator software is used for vectorization.Then,under the shape grammar inference rules,the clique pattern is segmented to form a factor with recognizability and usability.Finally,the mosaic method is used to absorb the colors of the original patterns to form a basic embroidery/color embroidery factor library that can be used for the creation of Qiang embroidery.(3)According to aesthetics and user needs,select primitive factors from the original embroidery and colorful embroidery factor libraries,compare the implied factor libraries,combine user needs,select corresponding factors,and use shape grammar deduction methods to create existing Qiang Embroidery features and Qiang embroidery patterns that conform to modern aesthetics.The digital protection of the stitching and patterns of Qiang embroidery has important research value for inheriting the long history,culture and artistic connotation of the traditional handicrafts of Qiang embroidery.This article uses modern technology to digitally protect the handicrafts of Qiang embroidery,and provides a set of innovative design methods for the inheritance of the handicrafts of Qiang embroidery,which is conducive to the exploration of more artistic value of Qiang embroidery and the inheritance and development of national culture.
