A Research Of Sea Salt Traditional Sun-dried Skill In Quangang Shanyao And The Maritime Silk Road's North Line Salt Culture

Salt is a necessity of life,as common as air.However,people know little about the historical and cultural connotation of salt.Salt plays a special and important role in the survival and development of human society.Therefore,the safeguarding,transportation,trade and use of salt have always been strictly controlled by the nation.Under the cultural context of advocating the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage in contemporary era,starting from the special role and status of salt in life,studying salt manufacturing and its historical evolution,so we can further understand the production of salt and its historical culture that is related to life,and excavate its profound value.This thesis focuses on the Shanyao Sea Salt Traditional Sun-dried Skill in Quangang,Quanzhou,Fujian Province.By organizing the six major processes including "Nachao","Zhilu","Jiejing","Xuanyan","Pashou","Guituo" and salt manufacturing standards,we rediscover this experience summarization and knowledge system that carry the human cognition of the nature and universe.Writer elaborates on the interactive relationship between the development of the salt industry and human production and life,and explains unique salt culture in Quangang area in this sun-dried practice description.Meanwhile,with the historical symbol of the Maritime Silk Road's North Line,writer through the investigation of the cultural heritage related to salt in Quangang,Ningde,Yangzhou,Huai'an and other important salt industry cities describes the cultural features of the salt roads,and illustrate the special relationships between salt and national affairs and people's livelihood deeply.Through analyzing the current situation of sea salt sun-dried skill and salt cultural remains,writer notices that there are cognitive biases in the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.For instance,knowledge and practice about the nature and the universe,it needs to be studied deeply and systematically and corrected.Through case studies,writer realizes that we should capture the essence of intangible cultural heritage and continuously explore the core connotation of intangible cultural heritage and its safeguarding when do researches and engage in the transmission and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage and its safeguarding work.
