Nowadays,DW oil production plant has entered the stage of high water cut and high recovery level,with large scale and large staff.Only by deepening reform and improving quality and efficiency can we resist risks and move towards high-quality development.Therefore,the DW oil production plant vigorously carried out the work of repairing old and recycling waste,reducing the purchase cost of equipment and raw materials,and increasing the production profit of the enterprise.Tubing is one of the main consumables for underground oil extraction,with high cost and large demand.The existing oil pipe repair workshop of DW oil production plant repairs oil pipes,but the workshop has been built for a long time,and the repair efficiency is decreasing year by year,resulting in the continuous accumulation of waste oil pipes,increasing the cost of oil pipe procurement,and restricting the further development of the company’s work on repairing old and recycling waste.In this context,this paper studies the problems that restrict production efficiency in the tubing repair workshop of the DW oil production plant,and proposes a lean production plan suitable for the DW oil production plant to improve the repair efficiency of the tubing repair workshop.In this paper,based on the research background of the repair workshop of DW oil production plant.Through a detailed analysis of the current status of the repair workshop,to study the current problems in the management of oil pipe repair,such as the on-site management is not standardized,the equipment is lack of maintenance,there is a certain waste in the process,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Adopting the theory of TPM in lean production to make feasible suggestions for equipment maintenance,reduce the frequency of equipment failure,and improve the repair ability of the repair workshop.Using production line balance to redesign and improve the process of tubing repair to improve the production efficiency of repair workshop.Finally,guarantee measures that meet the needs are formulated according to the actual situation of the workshop for the smooth implementation of these schemes,such as the establishment of lean production organization,carry out lean production training,establish evaluation and incentive mechanism,carry out supervision and inspection,the introduction of information systems. |
