Since the implementation of the monopoly system,China's tobacco industry has made tremendous contributions to economic growth and fiscal revenue.However,with the continuation and deepening of supply-side reforms,the environment in which the tobacco industry is located has undergone profound changes and faces even more severe challenges.This requires tobacco companies to change their original development methods and take more active measures,especially employee performance management.The second branch of T-Tropical Tobacco Company,as a subordinate unit of the T-market Tobacco Company directly under the provincial level,has achieved certain results since the implementation of performance appraisal work,but there are also problems such as unclear assessment objectives,which seriously hindered the further development of the company.The optimization of employee performance evaluation is imminent.Based on this,based on the combing of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper uses the combination of questionnaire survey and field interviews to analyze the status quo of the performance evaluation of the second branch of T-Tone Tobacco Company,and found that there are such factors as performance appraisal.Insufficient,the performance indicators are set vaguely,and the evaluation results are in the form of the form;then the key performance indicator method and the 360-degree evaluation method are used to classify and optimize the performance evaluation indicators of department staff,special managers and account managers respectively.The assessment process of department staff quantifies the assessment indicators of the special managers and account managers,lists the detailed performance evaluation implementation plans,and links the evaluation results with salary bonuses,internal training,job adjustments,etc.,and finally proposes corresponding safeguard measures.It provides guarantee for the smooth implementation of employee performance evaluation and optimization,and provides reference for the performance evaluation of other peers.
