With the continuous deepening of the global economic integration process and the arrival and rapid development of the new retail development model,the competition of enterprises has become increasingly fierce,and the competition among talents among enterprises has become more and more obvious.How to recruit talents in a timely and effective way through the recruitment of human resources to meet the needs of manpower and ensure the normal and orderly development of enterprises has become one of the urgent and important issues for enterprises.Ningbo Culechaowan Co.,Ltd.is a small and medium-sized private retail industry enterprise in Ningbo,the company’s turnover has increased from 250 million to 500 million in the past three years.With the company’s business scale rising and the next five years of development strategy,the demand for talents has become increasingly prominent,and the recruitment and management of human resources is becoming more important.Through analysis of the current recruitment management work of Culechaowan,the paper finds that the problem is mainly due to the lack of recruitment planning,unclear job description,and single recruitment channel.The recruitment process is not standardized,the recruitment process is unreasonable,the employment department is not specialized,and the recruitment evaluation is lacking in the later stage of recruitment in the process of recruitment and implementation.Combined with the relevant theory of recruitment management,the optimization measures are proposed based on the original recruitment management.analysis of Culechaowan will be executed via 4 steps.Firstly,make HR planning to ensure the planning of the recruitment,conduct job analysis to improve job descriptions;Secondly,expand recruitment channels and standardize the recruitment process;Further,optimize hire process and reduce the turnover rate of new employees;Finally,evaluate the recruitment management work.From the implementation effect in the first half of 2019,43 new employees were recruited,with an average of 7 employees per month.The turnover rate was low,the recruitment cycle was shortened,the personnel needs were met in time,and the satisfaction of the employer department was improved.The optimized recruitment management work will better meet the company’s talent development needs,and also provide reference for the recruitment of other small and medium-sized private enterprises.
