In recent years,the environmental protection industry has become a strategic emerging industry in our country.In this context,a large number of private enterprises in the environmental protection industry are developing rapidly,mainly including special equipment manufacturing and processing,environmental protection technology research and development,environmental pollution control projects,etc.Therefore,the market competition in the industry is also very fierce.Facing the complex market industry environment,enterprises in the environmental protection industry are constantly increasing and adjusting their demand for talent recruitment.Similarly,there are many difficulties in human resources management in enterprises,such as increased personnel turnover,low recruitment efficiency,and low matching between people and positions.Especially after attracting outstanding talents,enterprises cannot retain talents due to the factors of the enterprise itself,thus increasing the cost of employment of enterprises.Based on the relevant recruitment theory,this paper analyzes and researches the problems that enterprises are prone to occur in the process of personnel recruitment,puts forward suggestions and strategies for optimizing the talent recruitment system,and formulates a feasible talent recruitment optimization plan.Resource recruitment provides reference advice.This article contains six chapters in total.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research purpose and significance of this paper,as well as the research method of this paper.The second chapter describes the recruitment related theories and literature review,expounds the content and significance of the recruitment system,and the recruitment related theory,and introduces the research status at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the recruitment system of company A from the perspective of enterprise nature,industry environment,organizational structure,and the distribution of human resources.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the talen recruitment system of enterprise A,mainly using the method of interview and investigation to conduct research and analysis.The fifth chapter is the strategy of optimizing the talent recruitment system of enterprises,including the process design of the whole recruitment process,as well as safeguard measures and so on.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook,through the summary and analysis of the significance and limitations of the current research.
