| The mysterious and ancient Nuo culture originated in the Shang and Zhou Dynasties and has a history of more than 3000 years.Enshi Nuo opera refers to the performers who wear masks made of wood to act as gods,wear costumes and perform with body movements and lyrics.Enshi Tujia Nuo mask is an accessory prop and necessary product of Enshi Nuo opera.Enshi Tujia Nuo mask integrates various cultural elements of Enshi Tujia area and develops into a unique system and style.In 2008,with the approval of the State Council,Enshi Nuo opera was listed in the first batch of ethnic intangible cultural heritage expansion projects.The author takes Enshi Tujia Nuo mask as the research object,which fills the shortage of comprehensive and systematic research on Enshi Tujia Nuo mask.Enshi Tujia Nuo mask covers the ethnic cultural spirit and traditional customs of Enshi Tujia people,and its value significance of interactionand integration with local Tujia culture has become the theoretical development point of this paper.The author tries to connect the cultural phenomenon of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask with the local Tujia ethnic culture,and explore the truth of the interaction between the unearthed family ethnic cultural elements and Enshi Tujia Nuo mask.Starting from the specific art forms,this paper sums up the strong color system,rough and primitive modeling features and the artistic features of fresh decoration of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask,explains the fierce,harmonious,mysterious and practical aesthetic characteristics of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask in Enshi Tujia culture soil,and analyzes people’s desire for primitive life and people’s spiritual needs The cultural value of ethnic cultural heritage and educational significance.From the superficial to the theoretical comprehensive and systematic study of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the reason and significance of the topic selection,research status and purpose,research innovation points and methods,and literature review in this field.The second part is the main body,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the environmental situation and historical origin of Enshi Tujia Nuo culture,objectively analyzes the ecological and humanistic environment conducive to the inheritance and development of Nuo culture and the strongatmosphere of witchcraft and Nuo,and expounds the different states of Nuo opera in different periods since it was introduced into Enshi area.The second chapter takes Enshi Tujia Nuo mask production technology as the clue,using the pictures and text data as the support,fully discusses the production process of Nuo mask,classifies the Nuo mask,and summarizes and explains each type.The third chapter,based on the aesthetic theory,excavates the artistic characteristics of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask in terms of color,shape and decoration,and analyzes the harsh,harmonious,mysterious and practical aesthetic characteristics of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask.In the fourth chapter,according to the current situation of inheritance and protection,suggestions are put forward to mobilize the museum’s collection and display function,establish Enshi Tujia Nuo culture demonstration village with dynamic inheritance mode,adopt Enshi Tujia Nuo mask production technology into the classroom mode,refine the characteristic elements and apply them to the development of cultural and creative products,and form cultural memory.The third part is the conclusion of the paper,which summarizes the main research content,research methods and logical framework of this paper,pays tribute to the extremely high aesthetic cultural value and significance of Enshi Tujia Nuo mask,and looks forward to the research and development of Nuo culture in Enshi Tujia area. |
