With economic development and social needs,the assembly line production model has become the mainstream production mode of enterprises,and assembly line balance is the most effective way to ensure enterprise production efficiency and resource optimization.With the development of assembly technology,more and more different types of production enterprises have begun to use the assembly line production mode for production,For example,manufacturers of large machinery such as airplanes and ships have a large production area and complicated assembly processes.They use existing methods to solve the problem of assembly line balance.The balance rate cannot meet the production optimization goals of the enterprise.Therefore,the current assembly line balancing method has certain limitations.In order to further improve its optimization effect and expand the applicable range of assembly line balance,this paper introduces the network analysis method to the assembly line balance problem.Because the assembly flowchart of an assembly production project is usually expressed in the form of a network diagram,this paper starts with a network diagram and optimizes the assembly flowchart through a network analysis method to improve the assembly line balance method and improve the optimization effect.Firstly,an assembly line production model is constructed using the Petri net method based on object-oriented technology,and the process network diagram of the assembly project is constructed using this method.Prepare for combining Petri nets with network plans.Secondly,the GPRs network diagram in the network plan is studied,and its paradox phenomenon is analyzed.The paradox optimization method of the GPRs network is constructed,and it is combined with the genetic algorithm to build an assembly line balance optimization model.Finally,through case analysis,an assembly line production model based on object-oriented Petri net technology is used to build a production model of the example project.And use the paradox optimization method to improve the assembly line balance model and optimize the assembly line balance.Compare the optimization results with the results obtained by using the genetic algorithm alone.The results show that the improved algorithm using the network analysis method is more effective in optimizing the assembly line balance problem.This paper combines the two network analysis methods of Petri net technology and network planning to improve the assembly line balance method and optimize the assembly line.It proves the practical value and application prospect of the network analysis method for the assembly line balance optimization problem.
