| With the rapid development of economic and improvement of living standards, people pay much more attention to the food safety. The food accidents that occurred in recent years not only cause long-term adverse effects to the economic, but also endanger body health of the human being.The present society is very concerned about the food safety problems of aquatic products and the current focus is how to create traceability system of aquatic products. Problems of aquatic products safety may occur in link of supply chain, to solve the problems not only needs policy constraints but also the demands support of relevant technology. With the rapid development of information technology, RFID(radio frequency identification) has been paid high attention by various industries. RFID can be used to help to track relevant data because RFID has some good properties, such as unique identification, recognition automatically and durable. By taking supply chain as the perspective, aquatic products as the research object, combining RFID and EPC coding, basing on in-depth analysis of aquatic products supply chain tracing processes. According to the practical requirements, this paper proposed a traceability information model and a solution for aquatic product traceability management, laid the foundation for the development and implementation of the platform of aquatic products. This topic mainly focuses on three contents:1. Researching on Petri net information model. The paper introduced Petri network and relevant concept, concluded the basic properties of Petri network and the advantage of supply chain traceability of aquatic products. Combined with the actual demand, put forward the aquatic product traceability information model based on stochastic time Petri nets. Analysed structural and performance of traceability information model, results of the analysis model proposed optimization scheme, the optimization of the process after the re-analysis of the results time performance is greatly improved, in order to support relevant theory.2. The aquatic product platform design based on the technology of Internet of things. This paper introduced the RFID tags and EPC coding in detail and analysed the existing mode of traceability. Then the traceability model of aquatic products is proposed which is suitable design and function design of the traceability platform are further studied. Then the key tasks and requirements of traceability system are put forward. At last, designing and implementing the database of traceability system.3. The development of the technology realization based on Internet of things platform of aquatic products. On the basis of the traceability information model and platform design, the development of the aquatic products supply chain traceability platform based on Internet of things, has realized the full traceability of aquatic products, make traceability information transparency, to satisfy the requirement for information timeliness, accuracy.This topic research for the construction of traceability system of aquatic product supply chain provides a theoretical basis and technical support, to solve the problem of safety of aquatic products is of important realistic significance and practical value. |
