Long-term demand fluctuations and production resources has made a negative impact on the development of N Enterprise,thereby it is difficult to follow the example of some large-scale enterprise—to achieve a standardized and modern production organization.The N Enterprises has been in a fixed state of production that dominated by MTO(make-to-order)and manual assembly.It is particularly notorious that the enterprise development program indicates it needs to adopt new programme for original assembly line so as to increase product diversity(by switching production line).To sum up,the aim of this paper is to study the multi-variety assembly line planning problem of N enterprise including production organization design and balance optimization through present situation investigation.The research contents are as follows:(1)Present situation investigation and establishment of production line planning process frameworkBy collecting the typical information of product structure,assembly technology and readymade in-out warehouse of N company to analyze the existed problems in the current production system.Then analyzing the feasibility of multi-product colliner production to construct the process frame a multi-product assembly line planning process framework and working elements.In the end,the basis for follow-up work has been shown in this chapter.(2)Division of products towards co-linear production based on systematic clusteringAccording to the theory of product similarity,combined with the processing ability of workers to define classification indexs,which including similarity of product structure and auxiliary tool,workload and technical requirements of workers.The system clustering method is used to cluster the products and obtain the product combination.To design the production system layout by analyzing the characteristics of product mix,the overall planning of workshop,product structure,tooling,auxiliary facilities,work space and other information.(3)Assembly line balance based on genetic algorithmAfter this part,the assembly line which produce collinear product combination gets more balance and optimize.Aiming at the maximum assembly line balancing rate and the minimum smoothness index to establish the optimization model of assembly line balancing problem.Using the method of combining the typical characteristics of product assembly process route in assembly line,improving the coding method of genetic algorithm,designing the corresponding genetic operation strategies to obtain the optimal job allocation scheme by solving the model.Through the combination analysis of typical products of N enterprise,the assembly line planning and balance optimization can help enterprises to improve production capacity and cope with market changes,so as to maintain competitive advantage.This paper contents 32 figures,19 tables,79 references...
