As the developing living standards of people, the health requirements areincreasing, the IVD reagents are just convenient to meet the demand for health of thebusy people. In China, the IVD kit’s assembly are artificial, that makes productioncosts high, the health conditions can’t be guaranteed and can’t meet the marketdemands. Therefore, IVD kit’s assembly is critical for automation. The main contentsof the text are as follows:First, analyzed the process and overall layout of the IVD kit assembly line, inregard to the task that the line has to complete, and established the Petri net model onthe basis of the production line process, then simplified the model, analyzed theassociation of the model, got the invariants of the model. Using the invariant analysismothod to analyze the feasibility of the whole production line layout.On the production line balancing analysis, for the initial production line balancetasks, taking the equipment utilization maximization as the optimization objective,designed a genetic algorithm line balancing design method. For the late improvedproduction line balancing, using the EM-Plant software to build a production linemodel and do some simulation, verify that the assembly line’s balancing effect is goodor not.As the existing sheet feeding device feeding speed can’t meet the100/m requires,we design a new type of automatic sheet feeding machanism. As the existing reagentstrips cutting device cut the strips disorganized, needs manual finishing, so this paperdesigned a strips cuting and finishing one-pice unit which saved the cost andassembly time effectively. Using high-speed robot in the production line, and installeddetection devices in the end of the robot, which can accurate positioning andmounting position of the meterials.
