Since entering the twenty-first century,China’s economy has obtained unprecedented growth and prosperity,driven by trade integration,making China’s manufacturing enterprises in the market competitiveness more and more strong.In recent years,the development and expansion of e-commerce,but also forced the manufacturing industry to keep pace with the times.After lean production was introduced in China,domestic scholars and enterprises have carried out extensive research and application of lean production mode.Value Stream Mapping(VSM)is a lean tool for effective analysis of material flow and information flow.In the production process,it can help companies identify non-value-added activities in the production line,so as to formulate improvement plans.From the perspective of lean thinking,this paper introduces the current research status of value flow diagrams by scholars at home and abroad,and studies the implementation steps of value flow diagrams.Finally,combined with the actual situation of company B,it formulates specific optimization plans and improvement measures suitable for company B..This paper selects Company B as the research object,draws a flow chart of the value of appearance by collecting relevant information such as material flow,information flow,supply and demand,and then uses tools such as the eight wastes of lean production,fishbone diagrams and other tools to find problems on the production line,and then use industrial The improvement methods such as the two-handed operation analysis method and the man-machine analysis method of the project are optimized,and the future value flow chart after the improvement is drawn.Through the implementation of the improvement plan,the delivery time was shortened from 16.2d to 9.2d;the yield rate FTT(First Time Through)was increased from 97.4% to98.4%;the production line balance rate was increased from 36.8% to 64.4%,and the handling distance was reduced from 225 m to 100 m,the handling time is reduced from 22.5min to 6.5min,which improves the production efficiency of the enterprise,reduces the production cost of the enterprise,and effectively improves the management level.
