Research And Application Of Modular Design Of Customized Wardrobe Based On Northeast China

With the economic revitalization of Northeast China,people has higher requirement for the quality of life。In family life,the use frequency of wardrobe is higher than other furniture,in northeast China as a result of the special climate characteristics of kinds of clothing,how to explore a way of customized wardrobe modular design that can meet the needs of users and producers in Northeast China is the topic of this research.From this,This study adopted the method of literature review,field survey method,Internet survey,comparative analysis,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to explore suitable for northeast China custom wardrobe modular designThe body of the paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part discusses the research background,research purpose and significance.research content and method,technical route and other basic information of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the modular design and the application of modular design in other industries,the applicability of modular design in the custom wardrobe industry,the development of the custom wardrobe industry,study of climate change throughout the year in the northeast the relationship between temperature and clothing and the method of clothing storage in Northeast China,this part studies the design characteristics of customized wardrobe in Northeast China and summarizes four storage areas according to clothing storage methods.Next through the field survey and the network survey to obtain the user’s feeling on the existing wardrobe at home,Through the observation of the behavior path of the use of the wardrobe,and according to the use of the product will be customized wardrobe experience is divided into four aspects:quality,practical,beautiful,regional aspects,Then through the survey,the users in the use of the wardrobe on the four aspects of satisfaction and importance of the results,then,through SPSS software analysis,we get the regression equation.Satisfaction=0.918+0.162×quality+0.255× practical+0.1 72× aesthetic+0.161 × regional,practical aspect is the factor that most affects the use feeling of wardrobe.The fourth chapter analyzes the relationship between wardrobe and clothing,wardrobe and human use of the relationship,the size and location of the four modules.The fifth chapter studies the relationship between wardrobe and space,analyzed by adding sealing side version,plasterboard modelling,skirting board to change the overall size of wardrobe,and studied in case of special wall should how to design the wardrobe position,then,it is concluded that the way of custom wardrobe modular design,how to put modules in the right position,and analyzes design case.Finally,in the conclusion,I sum up the result of research and reflection of the result of research,then,looking at the bigger picture,I propose new research objectives.
