With the continuous development of digital information technology,Internet of things and mobile Internet technology,intelligent products gradually entering people's life.Furniture embodies people's life philosophy and pursuit.In order to meet people's diversified and personalized demand for furniture products,the combination of intelligent control technology and furniture will become an important development direction of furniture industry.This article takes young users as the user group,Based on the 3D development platform,an intelligent wardrobe with photoelectric induction automatic door opening and closing and automatic pushing clothing function is designed.The design process is described from the appearance and modeling design,intelligent control system design,mechanical design and other aspects of the wardrobe,and the finite element stress analysis and function simulation based on unity3d are carried out.The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Combined with the current demand for intelligent function of the wardrobe,the design scheme of photoelectric induction door opening and closing and rotary retractable hanger is proposed.The mechanical structure of the rotary telescopic hanger is designed,including the design of lifting rail and wheel,the design of the telescopic hanger and the design of the telescopic power device.Build the component model and check the strength.Through the finite element analysis of the key points,the stress of the clothes hanging rod and the screw is analyzed,and the strength of the mechanism is verified to meet the use requirements.Through the ANSYS analysis of key points,the stress conditions of the clothes hanging rod and screws are analyzed.When the weight of clothes hanging is the maximum,the maximum strain of the clothes hanging rod is 0.289 mm and the maximum stress is 56.84 MPa;the maximum stress of the lower screw is 68.08 MPa,the maximum strain is 0.09 mm,the maximum stress of the upper screw is 1.43 MPa,the maximum strain is 0.03 mm,all meet the requirements of use(2)With young people as the target users,combined with the ergonomic data of cabinet furniture,the overall effect of the wardrobe is designed from four aspects:size,partition,color and material.The length,width and height of the cabinet are 2100,1100 and 2200mm respectively,and four storage areas are set inside.With the three primary colors of red,yellow and blue as the elements,a simple and modern wardrobe appearance style is designed,and the intelligent wardrobe modeling and effect drawing are simulated by CAD and 3D Max software(3)Taking STC89C52 single chip microcomputer,photoelectric sensor,telescoping motor and motor are used as control center,perceptual terminal and executive terminal respectively in the design of intelligent wardrobe control system.With keil uVision 3 as the development environment,through the control logic analysis,the function code is written to realize the intelligent control of the photoelectric induction automatic door opening and closing and the rotary telescopic hanger(4)Use unity 3D software to dynamically simulate the function of opening and closing the door of the wardrobe and the function of hangers.rotating With the help of the cross platform operation of unity 3D,through the serial port configuration,simulate the function of the model,scene and related components and conduct animation configuration.Through the adjustment of multi angle lens and real time parameters,users can operate the photoelectric sensor externally,and see the effect of opening and closing two sliding doors and the effect of rotating the hanger and being pushed out in the computer,which has the characteristics of simulating real and virtual interaction.
