With the improvement of the disposable income level of domestic residents and the change of lifestyle,the demand for residential configuration has shifted from functional integrity to external aesthetics.Customized wardrobe batch production can improve the efficiency of enterprise processing and manufacturing,but it cannot meet the increasing personalized needs of users.The innovation of wardrobe product appearance is the key to cater to the user ’s aesthetics.CMF(Color-Material-Finishing)is an important part of product appearance design around color,material and surface treatment,and it is also an important method to alleviate product homogeneity.How to realize the design concept centered on user needs and realize the combination of product appearance innovation and mass production is the core of custom enterprises to enhance market competitiveness.Based on the CMF design theory and user demand,this paper analyzes the design status of the custom wardrobe industry,collects users ’preferences for wardrobe style,color,material and touch,constructs the CMF design sample of M enterprise and carries out scheme design and evaluation,which confirms the feasibility of CMF design for the appearance innovation of custom wardrobe.The specific conclusions are as follows :(1)Using the literature review method to analyze the development process of CMF at home and abroad and the development status of customized wardrobes.Summarize the relevant theories and research methods of CMF,extract the perceptual information in wardrobe products,and provide theoretical basis for the design and research of this paper.(2)Through field research methods,taking wardrobe color as the research object,visiting 10 customized wardrobe brand terminal stores,counting 12 wardrobe styles,screening out 7 main wardrobe design styles,and selecting 10 representative wardrobes for each style,a total of 70 wardrobe samples.A total of 250 samples were obtained by sampling the color templates used by10 customized wardrobe brands.Combined with the HSV color model,color samples were taken from 70 wardrobe samples and 250 color samples.The color hue range of the wardrobe was0-60 °,the saturation range was 0-30 %,and the brightness range was 40-80 %.It is concluded that the wardrobe color tends to be multi-color,low saturation,and medium-high brightness.The differentiation analysis of 12 kinds of natural materials of traditional solid wood wardrobe and 7kinds of wood-based panel materials of plate wardrobe shows that the application trend of wardrobe materials is environmental protection and diversity.Comparing the four process treatment methods of the wardrobe surface,it is concluded that the wardrobe surface treatment takes the user ’s visual and tactile needs as the design direction.(3)Construct product design elements through questionnaire survey and Kansei engineering.From the research results,the user ’s demand characteristics for the appearance and structure of the wardrobe are analyzed,and three themes of the wardrobe design practice are summarized :simplicity,warmth and freshness.A total of 80 perceptual adjectives related to the three themes were collected and matched to form 41 pairs of bipolar phrases.Using the semantic difference method for screening,each topic finally gets 3 groups of perceptual phrase pairs.Secondly,102 wardrobe color templates of M enterprise were screened.Through the comparative analysis of NCD ’s color semantic image coordinates,8 samples were obtained for each theme.The seven-level semantic scale was used to screen the samples,and the Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient was used to verify the reliability of the survey data.Finally,two design samples were obtained for simplicity and warmth themes,and three design samples were obtained for fresh themes.At the same time,in order to combine personalized customization with mass production of enterprises,this paper analyzes the functional partition of ten brands of wardrobes,and obtains nine main internal functional areas.Based on the production process standards of M enterprises,16 kinds of wardrobe function combination methods are designed,a total of 38 standard module cabinets,a standardized cabinet structure is established,and the mass production of enterprises is realized.(4)Through the above design samples and standard modular cabinets,a total of four schemes are designed under the three themes.The scheme uses CAD plane software to optimize the internal size of the wardrobe,uses Sketch Up modeling software to draw three-dimensional drawings,and uses Kujiale software to display the final product design effect.The Likert scale was used to evaluate the matching degree between the scheme and the theme.The results showed that the matching degree between the scheme and the design theme was good.
